Polymer clay is a man made sculpting material that is non toxic. It is moldable and soft until cured and once baked it stays solid. There are also different makes of polymer clay. Fimo comes in many different colours where as makes like Sculpey mainly come in standard colours which can be primed and painted afterwards. Polymer clays are mostly used to make jewellery and sculpt toys and characters.
